Infinity Trucker, Inc. offers fleet owners, shippers, asset owners, and drivers (as applicable, “you” or “your”) access to software, applications, and dispatch services. These Terms & Conditions describe how Infinity Trucker (“we” or “us” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us.
This Notice does not apply to the extent we process personal information in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers. For detailed privacy information related to an Infinity Trucker customer or affiliate using our Services as a controller, please contact that customer directly.
We may change these terms from time to time. If changes occur, we will notify you by revising the Effective Date above, and in some cases, provide additional notice via email or application banners.
1. Collection of Information
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill out a form, create an account, request customer support, or communicate with us. This includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, address, financial info, video/call recordings, insurance documentation, and service ratings.
Information We Collect When You Use the Services
- Fleet Owners: Information regarding lane preferences, acceptance, fulfillment of jobs or requests, financial data, and driver assignments.
- Drivers: Travel data required to fulfill shipment requests, continuous telematics location information, and uploaded legal documents.
- Partners & Brokers: Origin and destination data, cargo descriptions, agreed rates, and contact details.
Location Information & Telematics
Providing Services requires precise location tracking. When granting app location permissions, we stream real-time GPS positioning to track active shipments, analyze driving patterns, and match relevant jobs. You may revoke permission, but doing so may impact platform functionality, instant pay eligibility, and fee recoveries.
Photographs & Document Uploads
Our services allow taking and uploading images of Certificates of Insurance, Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and equipment status via device camera permissions.
2. Use of Information
We use collected information to connect Shippers with Drivers, process payments, facilitate cargo transportation, and send operational updates. Additional uses include:
- Sending technical alerts, security warnings, and administrative messages.
- Providing customer support and resolving disputes or freight issues.
- Monitoring platform trends and preventing fraudulent transactions.
- Personalizing feature sets and service profiles based on usage history.
4. Advertising & Analytics Services
We may utilize third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics to analyze traffic and site performance. These tools use cookies and IP telemetry without combining data with personally identifiable customer profiles.
You can modify cookie preferences directly in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
5. “Do Not Track” Signals
Because uniform industry standards for “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals are not universally established, our services currently do not alter operations upon receiving DNT headers.
6. Your Privacy & Legal Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via unsubscribe links.
U.S. State Resident Rights & Disclosures:
We do not sell personal data for monetary gain. Sensitive data categories processed include state identifiers (CDL/Driver License), financial accounts, and precise geolocation.
7. International Data Transfers
Information may be processed on secure cloud servers located within the United States or international jurisdictions where our infrastructure partners operate.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended strictly for commercial logistics operators. We do not knowingly market to or collect data from individuals under 13 years of age.
9. Change of Control
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, operational user data may be transferred to the acquiring corporate entity.
10. Security & Data Retention
We maintain robust administrative and electronic safeguards, including SSL encryption and role-based database permissions. Records are retained for as long as necessary to maintain active service contracts and comply with DOT/FMCSA legal requirements.
